Core Stillness

Found myself saying to my clients, family and friends (and myself) a lot this week- stop everything your doing and find the place of stillness within. Especially when things feel chaotic, out of control, or you just simply don't know what to do next- find this place of core stillness. It's from this vantage point we can clearly see the path ahead, no matter how fine or invisible the path may seem. Sometimes the path is as thin as a crack in the rock. If we are to navigate the challenge, we must first come into stillness, in our hearts and in our minds, especially before taking the next step and walking the path ahead.
